100% Happiness

A wave of speed descended on Auburn, AL Saturday afternoon. The result was a slobberknocker of epic proportions. The speed and opening coin toss helped LSU pin Auburn down in the field position game the first half. The difference was the time of possesion. The most physical game I have ever seen. LSU had more talent and I second Nation that the they will not lose again.

Karibi Dede gets an honorary Wilbur for slapping the ball out on 4th down and his overall performance.

David Iron's was in Dwayne Bowe's head all day as he suffered several drops.

Good snap, good hold, thank heavens Vaughn never has to play LSU again.

Spirit flew forever around JHS.

Penalties, regardless of opinion, evened out in the last minute as LSU lucked out to be called on illegal formation as the time would have wound off.

Alabama covered like a champ and rolled.

Jen couldn't help the 'Noles.

The difference in confidence between Tubs and Shula in their own programs and players is immeasurable. Tubs suspends two starting linebackers for at least three games and Shula waits for LA-suburb. Speaks volumes.

ThUGA records it first back to back shutout since I was born in in '80.

Ainge is terrible. Notre Dame disapoints but we knew they were overated anyways.

Great victory.

LS WHO? We will need some help down the stretch to start talking BCS. Anyone catch Tubbs on Talkin` Football on CSS? He is a great PR coach.

How pathetic is the ACC? So many out of conference losses already.

Bama-- God Almighty! Shula has to be the stupidest son of a bitch in the world. Who waits until a shitty ass team to punish a kid? This is just like the good ol` days when good Bama players would get in trouble....only punish them when you know you can`t lose. That always sends a GREAT message to your team...and to the nation. What a fuckin joke. Bama will lose to Arky....mark my word.

Corn Dogs are crying a freaking river today boys!!!! Refs this and Refs that......it's not like they took points off the board. Ball was ruled "not catchable" because it was tipped. Not the tipped at the line rule...

Who is to say that they were gonna score? We could have picked off the next pass....because you know they couldn't run the ball on that tiger DDDDDD!!!!

Yeah Shakes, Shula is a joke for sure. "Well we had 4 or 5 guys break some rules over the summer so they didn't play today." There is no way to spin that for the good. He is an idiot and lost ALL credibility. "Keep it in house." Yeah right, he could have done himself a favor by not ever suspending them.....now he just looks like an ass clown!!

Arkansas is terrible, and Bama will win.

The referring this whole year has been terrible. They blew many a calls in the AU game, but they did even out. Both sides got shitty calls. Auburn will need some help in the BCS it looks as if once again USC will get the nod if both temas win out. Auburn will not win out the year, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Dr.Feelgood said...

refereeing not referring .....idiot

Dr.--Who do you think will beat AU? It will be tough to win out...but the toughest competition is already out of the way! Florida will be a good game..and so will UGA. Other than those two games, I don`t see any team giving Auburn much of a game! So, yes, there is a way Auburn can win out. Florida will NOT run the ball against AU. They will have to find a way to pass...but will have a hard time because of the good AU pass rush. Without a rushing game....UF will have no chance. Auburn wins that one. UGA and AU will be a better match up. That one will be a toss up. Auburn will win out. Beating the same team twice in the SECCG will be the toughest part.

Bama will lose this week. I am still not convinced that Bama has anything on offense. Just because they beat a pathetic ULM team 41-7, doesn`t mean shit. (wasn`t the score 17-7 at half? Sounds like yall were really pounding ULM!) Kharma will finally get to Shula for being such a bitch for a coach. Arky will pull the upset, if you want to call it that.

Dr.Feelgood said...

Arky is favored so it wont be pulling the upset. Although the line did move from -4 to -1.5 over the weekend. I am not sold on our offense yet, I am also not to sure we need much of won to score on Arky. Bama wins in Fayetteville right it down.

Typical Barner talk, you win a close game against another good team and it autom.
atically makes your season undefeated. You have a few tough games left.

UAB 10 point favorite over Miss State

Dr.Feelgood said...

In terms of talent, depth and the pure college football experience, let’s all agree for the foreseeable future to stop the senseless debate over which is the best conference in America. It’s the SEC, and it’s not even that close. Classics between LSU and Auburn and Florida and Tennessee should have provided a friendly reminded last Saturday. One-third of the conference’s members are ranked in the Top 10 and half are in the Top 25. The gap between the SEC and either the Big 12, Big Ten or Pac-10 is akin to the one that exists between The Godfather II and The Godfather III. - CFN

tigernation said...

I will agree with that one every time DR.

And no barner talk from me. I realize we have a VERY tough road ahead.....

The talk you speak of is actually UGA talk. Read the AJC and then talk to a couple of Mutts and you would think they are USC. You see, they play NO ONE until UT every year....making them 5-0 every year. I guarantee that right now many of them think they will go undefeated or at least play for the SECC.

Did you know that Jesus Christ himself plays QB at UGA???? Oh you didn't, well he does and he has come to save the world.

What were Staffords stats this weekend???

Michigan stepping up this weekend. That was something I didn't see coming, but gladly watched little bitch boy Heisman fluke Brady turn the ball over 4 times, 2 of which ended up with Michigan TDs

Barner comment is for Shakes, remember I grew up with him, been listening to this shit for going on about 20 years now

Had lunch meeting with bossman Friday. Daddy listen up, you will enjoy this. Thank God, he was more hungover than I was. Anyhow, we met, and found out we are staring a new neighborhood in Marion, Arkansas. Basically offered it to me to handle the building and sales with another guy.

It is a great opportunity. Although all the details are not set in stone yet, it looks like in 2 or 3 months my office will be in Arkansas. Its actually a quicker drive from the Apt. downtown. Just don't know how I feel about working in the state of Arkansas

tigernation said...

Stafford was like 10-17 for around 110 or 120. Their longest drive was 55 yards. Won the feild position battle all day with defense. UAB was pinned down and never got it past the 35 of UGA. Stafford really didn't have to do anything.

shakeyour$maker said...

Dr.-- I don`t think I have said that AU will win the NC yet...except to my Auburn friends. I said "We will need some help down the stretch to start talkin BCS."

I know it is a long road until then....but LSU was by far the most talented team in the entire SEC. We barely beat them......but as you said after the Vandy game..." a W is a W".

Bama WILL LOSE to Arky. Write it down. Shula sucks balls.

Dr.Feelgood said...

You have lost your mind. Did you watch the same Arkansas team I did Saturday??

Gave up 239 rushing to Vandy. Our pass D is a slight bit better than Vandy, Mitch won't put up those numbers against Alabama.

All I said was don't worry about the BCS Auburn wont win out

Daddy said...

Dr.,
You will like Arkansas. It is a beautiful state, and full of fine people. I am from Arky and I am a badass, as you know.

Daddy said...

Alabama didnt beat vandy much more respectfully.

tigernation said...

Arkansas is shitty at best. No defense whatsoever and no o-line.

Bama will win shakey, I know you hate to see me say it so I'll rephrase.....Bama "should" win.

That is, unless Shula decides to suspend anybody else retroactively

Daddy said...

Yeah, I thought Ark was gonna be a lot better this year, turned out pretty pisspoor. They have been known to be dreamcrushers, though. Dont count them out against anyone.

Dr.Feelgood said...

Stats wise they did Daddy

Vandy 80 yds rushing agaist bama

Arky allowed Vandy 365 yds

Michigan was only beating Vandy 13-7 until 2 min ledft in the 3rd qtr.

Daddy said...

13 points is not very impressive against vandy, though. That is why I said it wasnt MUCH more of a repectful win. you are right though, Arky's run defense is horrible, and Alabam SHOULD take ad vantage of that.

Dr.Feelgood said...

Ole Miss fans are so delusional. They are sitting here talking about how they will win Wake Forest and Vandy. Have you seend them play?? I watched the replay yesterday and watched them last week. They are terrible.

shakeyour$maker said...

Dr.-- Bama will lose to Arky, no matter how horrible of a team the Hogs have...because Bama is just as horrible.

Nation-- I am very disappointed in you, man. This whole Bama "Should" win is a joke. I don`t know if you are going by historical records of series or what...and if that is the case...Bama "should" win every game.

Anybody listen to Finebaum today? He said that Shula will get fired at the end of this season because of his lack of control and because he doesn`t see them winning many more games. As Nation would say....he "SHOULD" be fired! He is a joke!

Dr.-- Last thing I will say about AU and their big win......Can you name one team in the SEC that has more talent than LSU? Do you think that AU and LSU are the two best teams in the league? Do you think UT, UF, or UGA are as good as LSU? I know the ball can bounce any way from here on out....but looking at schedules and such....Auburn has the inside track to finish undefeated. If they will is still a mystery....but if I was a serious betting man...I would lay some money down!
