Wilbur's Preseason Top 25

1. USC...I will go with the Trojans here over LSU simply bc of Jimbo's departure. 2. LSU...scary talent but QB & OC are huge holes to fill.
3. Florida...if Tebow can pass at all they could be in the big one.

4. West Virginia...Last time Daphne Pat & Steve "no heart" Slaton together

5. Virginia Tech...should be the class of the ACC with D & Beamer Ball

6. Texas...Colt & a ton of talent. Maybe able to take advantage of a new OU QB.

7. Wisconsin...really the best team in the Big 10 in 2006 must replace a QB but have stud RB

8. Arkansas...#5, if Nutt can replace a roadgrader of an o-line, #5 is the new Heisman.

9. Louisville...already dropped since Bush left, will Brohm stay with a new coach?
10. Michigan...Henne & Hart & must replace NFL departures on D
11. Ohio State...can they recover mentally from the desert?
12. Georgia...if they can block, Stafford will throw...all day long.

13. Auburn...if Cox is still QB, it means a few playmakers stepped up and D will be better.

14. Florida State...Defense is loaded with young killers, can Jimbo save the O?

15. Hawaii...Colt can throw on anyone...records go down in 2007

16. Alabama...good QB, upgrade in running backs with 10, will be better but how much?

17. Nebraska...Zona St transfer Keller and Black Shirts bein' back are huge.

18. Boise St...Z gone but Johnson returns married & they have Coach Peterson

19. South Ca
rolina...lets see how much improvement this year without Sydney. 20. Texas A&M...is this Fran's tipping season? The Texas win saved his job.
21. Tennessee...What will UT do on the road in T-town & G-ville?
22. South Florida...might be ready to contend with the Big 3 in FLA.

23. Wake Forest...Returning mucho although the ACC should be better.

24. Miami...see above, ACC should be much better.
25. Kentucky...Fast Break on Grass may be back.

Others...Houston, Georg
ia Tech, Oklahoma, Clemson, Oklahoma St. Oregon St., Cal, Ole Miss, Illinois, Penn State, Rutgers, North Carolina & Iowa & Iowa State

the explorer will not pass emissions so I am taking it back to moms to register it

I'm here. BOred as hell today.

that actually sounds worthwhile Dr., I think I should do my personal goals for 2007 to along with the countless legal pads I have on the coffee table right now detailing my professional goals.

we should remember there is life outside of work which I prolly have forgotten

King of Tigerland said...

and in tennessee they are govt owned emission check places so you cant pay someone $50 to pass it like I did in the ATL hood last year....bribing a govt worker is a serious felony

King of Tigerland said...

Bastards...all of them.

Where are the strip clubs in relation to where we are staying?

tigernation said...

That sucks

tigernation said...

Has everybody already booked rooms? I might have to wait till a little bit closer to feb

I think I am going to try and use SkyMiles since they are getting tough to redeem. The amtrak train is as expensive as flying.

tigernation said...

I don't have any idea how i'm getting there. No carpool Kingdom? I'll help with gas.....and we could fog it the whole way

tigernation said...

Daddy - you left a da off of Chi-da-da-da-da

King of Tigerland said...

we can rock that, nation. I am good with that. The car is getting fixed tomorrow and I will resolve the tag issue soon

Sounds good King, looking forward to it.

Just had a customer come storming in the door demanding to know why i didn't call and tell him when his mattress was coming in. I spoke with him yesterday and told him that his mattress would arrive today and that i would call him when it came in and we could set up delivery.. Well I guess he thought i would call him last night and tell him what time it would be here (like i fucking know) so he would know when to leave work.

I resolved the situation and about 5 minutes after he left the truck with the bedding showed up. I think i'll call him about 530 and make him sweat it a little. Bitch, i run this show.

That is just annoying. I hate it for you, Nation, bc I have seen people just like that. I have even quit getting mad at people driving in Atlanta because it is a stress and not worth it.

Check this out. I got it from a message board so it's probably all BS. But it is describing the Ryan Perriloux situation in which he is being investigated for different federal offenses regarding money laundering and counterfeiting(sp). Been hearing rumors for about a week and this is the most detailed one yet. Pretty funny but check it out, who knows if it's true but i doubt it.......................

"Sometime before the Sugar Bowl someone gave him a duffel bag of cash in exchange for some LSU autographed stuff and game tickets. He spent the cash in New Orleans . Turns out it was all counterfeit. Feds picked him over the weekend and he is cooperating with them. Nothing is being released until later this week, but the Feds are now in Bama talking to a Bama booster who's car RP identified as being in BR when he was given the cash. The Bama booster had paid for dinner using a credit card in Birmingham in a hotel that Nick Saban was staying at 2 nights before the meeting with RP took place. The Feds plan to make an arrest in Mobile later this week and RP's involvement will come out at that time. Both LSU and Bama are being investigated as to what other players at LSU know about the deal, who else may have been involved, as well as the ties the Mobile guy has with both Bama and Nick Saban.

RP is currently in Birmingham with the Feds, and all announcements from them will come from there. LSU is waiting as long as it can to comment. Louisiana media have sworn to make no comment until after the feds make theirs. The NCAA is in Baton Rouge and there is talk about forfeiting the ND Sugar Bowl game despite Perriloux not playing.

Evidently Jimbo Fisher told a few people bits and pieces about what happened before he left town, and is part of the reason why he took the $215,000 pay cut to leave."

King of Tigerland said...

sounds like gospel to me...maybe the counterfeit cash is the same as the Miss St. player was caught with...how many strippers did he go through to burn through a duffel bag o' cash(theoretically)?

King of Tigerland said...

...so allegedly a Bama booster is luring Perriloux to Tuscaloosa? Ok, and allegedly Saban blessed this? Sure, ok, now... maybe we can involve sex & drugs & go for the trifecta!

Internet rumors are funny.

Just think, on the internet, anybody can say anything about anything and never have to be held responsible.

Internet rumors are always good for a laugh. But when the truth comes out it's always nice to go back and seet the original ideas as to what happened.

What else to do in the doldrums of winter?

King of Tigerland said...

did that come from an alabama or lsu board?

King of Tigerland said...

spoke with cheaty a few moments ago...doubtful for memphis but a "hell yeah" for march

King of Tigerland said...

And we will be going by codenames in Memphis as well. No fear, they have already been selected for you so that you will not stress and the work is left with the professionals.

Christophe Destin needs a Miata convertible

I could see Christophe Destin on a motorcycle

Nation is Stevie Ray Rome

$ is Stewart Weaver

as christened by Carl Montgomery & Wilbur Churchill

tigernation said...

I got that from both AU sites. It was posted as an email that someone received today. Bogus to say the least but we'll see.

daddy - you would look great in one of those Mini Coopers.

tigernation said...

Where in the hell are these stupid names coming from?

Stevie Ray Rome? I mean, i wish i could play like SRV but where does Rome come in?

I like a good back story when a nickname is given.

King of Tigerland said...

not nicknames...code names...SR from SRV & part of it must be a city or historical figure...from your days at shorter/romeo of gainesville

tigernation said...

Ok - i understand and am comfortable with my new moniker.

Do you think i could get the name Duane instead of Stevie Ray. I feel my playing style (or lack there of ha ha) is more to the tune of Duane than Stevie.

Are we gonna tell the strippers that these are our names? I love telling strippers that i have a really cool name and a badass job.

Like an Airline Pilot or an Ex-Navy Seal.....or like Jacob's brother says..."Joe Montana Jr."

tigernation said...

I'm gonna have to think really hard about my occupation.

I'm gonna dress pretty snazzy too. No tie but maybe some nice slacks and some really sharp shoes and a pimp dress shirt.

No gel in the hair though, ha ha.

Maybe i'll be a producer of some kind. Yeah, producer and talent agent for Sony sounds pretty good to me.

tigernation said...

There are a few Vineyards up this way in the N.GA mountains. I know one is called Frogtown Winery but thats not a very sexy name.

We could go in as a group of some kind. Like venture capitalists or an emerging Maple Syrup distributor.

tigernation said...

Maybe i'll just stick with the talent scout/producer for SONY RECORDS. (in caps because i'll emphasize the big name)

Strippers eat that type of shit up, because they are all looking for a ticket out.

Yeah, Shakes might have to go with Pro Figure Skater!!!! On his last night before he marrys a man
