Happy Birthday DFF!

The blog started during the 2004 season. We then switched to the formal DFF.com website last August. 2 yrs as a pure blog and then 1 as the formal web site.

I just renewed us for another year. Everyone owes approximately $2.31....ha...jk

Do you know what that is?

tigernation said...

daddy - i can't pull it up. my computer locks up whenever i visit that bullshit AU site. it might be the worst site on the entire world wide web.

tigernation said...

ha ha! me and about 3 other AU fans just lambasted this bammer student on Sportsline. The guy is a geek and a jerk and he knows nothing about football. It really is funny.

Go look at the thread "Latest recruiting news for UA/AU" its priceless

I do, I do!!!

Gotta give it up, that is a good response but you deserved it after the "you can tell you live with a chick" comment a few weeks back.

Sorry for my absence lately.

Been in annistob for a week now. Played golf all week and haven't started focusing on the job hunt. Have a lunch interview today with the job that I really want. So cross your fingers and maybe the job hunt will be over before it ever really got off the ground

Happy belated DFF

I will get on later today

Daddy said...

Welcome back carl. Good luck with the job hunt.

Good day to all!!!

Back from a nice weekend of rafting & camping at Ocoee. Hipped out a lil bit alhtough this is nowhere near as grubby as Bonnaroo!! Still fun though.

Oscar looking like the right tackle, nation? Is that what the boards are saying?

Carl just moved. $ is moving now, I am moving Friday. Nation in a few weeks, hopefully. Once we all get settled it will be amazing. Daddy can move in a year and a half to take advantage of his equity growth and tax laws.

Kill it, Carl.

I am out of the office today working at home and packing up my few physical possessions. I actually took most of everything home when I thought I was back in Alabama last winter. Holla in a bit after the pool!

King of Tigerland said...

college fantasy football anyone?

We will do the pick ems this year to!

King of Tigerland said...

"Spartans, prepare for glory!!" -King Leonitis

Anyone see 300? Gladiator on steriods!! Awesome!

tigernation said...

Right tackle probably won't be determided for a couple of weeks. Hugh Nall is trying lots of different bodies there. Plus, the pads go on for the first time today so thats when we'll find out a whole lot more.

The five OLs we signed this year will be bad freaking ass in a year or two. All about 6'3" or 4 and about 290, except Ziemba who is 6'8". They all live together and the videos of them are pretty tough. Pugh will be a starter by next year for sure.

King of Tigerland said...

Looks like I am joining the Dr. int he Blackberry world. An experience last week forced me to do this.

Daddy said...

Steve Gandy and Danny Perry had a massive collision in practice and Steve Gandy recieved another concussion and may be done.

tigernation said...

Gandy announced today that he is done. So....Harden moves to #2 at the Will behind Johnson and Bo Harris (true fresh) moves to #2 at Sam. That said, Harris is 6'3" 230 and is really like a Redshirt since he spent last year at prep school.

It hurts losing Trahan and Gandy but we should be ok depth wise as long as we don't have a rash of injuries

Carl Montgomery said...

Think I have found a job. Only thing is I will be in anniston for the long haul but career wise I just can't pass on the opportunity. Headed out after lunch to beach for the clown wedding. Good weekend to all. I will try to get on more soon.

King of Tigerland said...

congrats, carl.......so does that mean that Danny ended Gandy's career?? And if Daddy can take Danny, that means......

tigernation said...

....that means daddy like taking guys?

hmmmmmmmm....just as I thought

Daddy said...

It was Gandy's 4th concussion in 8 months so it was just a matter of time. And yes that means I can whoop anyone, especially gramps!

Get it Carl!

tigernation said...

ha ha...don't forget that I carry a cane with an iron head that can also turn into a sword for cutting you the hell up!!

man i can't wait for Sept. 1, its killing me inside
