Dale does it

Junior snaps his drought at Richmond on the short track. Good win for him. Braves are spiraling. This could be the year. Shula gets a new contract. Open Monday. Good week.

A new month of May and a Junior W call for a return of Jessica.

I have absolutely no idea what the first post is talking about.

Also, saw a little sticky spot on the third pic of Jessica on the front page......not at work Kingdom, not at work.

Nice weekend.

Got a text from Shakes last night at about 12:30 my time, telling me he just met WH. That is pretty damn cool if you ask me.

Yeah, need to see that pic. Is he pretty short? He looks like a little pudge ball on TV.

Glad to hear y'all had a good time.

tigernation said...

I don't kow about the show, but I do know that you, Daddy, like to go nuts on the Tonsil Tuba, along with the skin flute. Anything that has to do with blowing on something to make noise, you seem to be great at!!!!!

i'll tell you how to shut the puppy up at night..........beat the hell out of it(not with your hand, use a rolled up magazine) and yell VERY loud so it's too scared to move....then they just fall right to sleep. They forget about the beatings once they get older I promise.

Ladies!!!!!!

Like what I am hearing. All Gypsey needs is a small pop and she will learn.

Just had a great phone interview with Racetrac Petoluem in their real estate division, got a 2nd interview ride along tomorrow. My May vacation has to end eventually....but not quite yet.

$ & Diddy,
Need any goodies when I come on Thursday??....might have to adjust schedule a wee bit for Racetrac but thats ok. Branch, my freshman potluck roomy is graduating. He is almost as old as Nation. Fall 1999, CDV Extensions on campus apartments.

First post was about Bonds.....sorry I had fun this weekend.

tigernation said...

Man I am bored as shit.

Calvin Booker, #3 QB at AU is leaving and will be sitting out a year to play at GT.

King of Tigerland said...

good for him....Demarius bilbo clone maybe...start at QB and then WR?

tigernation said...

No WR. Only QB. He could have changed to a couple of different positions at AU, but only wanted to play QB.

He's 6'4" 245 so thats a pretty big WR.

I was hoping he would move to DE at AU, but he was not open to any moves.

I wish him luck, would love to see him do well in college somewhere.

He was quoted saying that he loved AU and has no hard feelings. Called it "bittersweet", didn't want to leave the coaches and players, but has to move along.

King of Tigerland said...

Nation, do you carry couches? leather or microfiber to match first purchase out of school leather recliner

tigernation said...

Yes I do. I carry Lane, you have probably heard of them. Pretty nice stuff. My buddy Newman spent about 2500 bucks on a leather couch and 2 matching leather recliners. I saved him about 700 dollars. I'll make you a deal.

Don't know if we have the exact match but I can order you something close.

tigernation said...

I'm ready to blog with you daddy.

Congrats on finishing. I know it's a load off.

Man, Warren Haynes is really not as big as I thought.

tigernation said...

Yeah, Lane is one of the best. And not too expensive.

You get what you pay for when you buy furniture and bedding.

Sure, I could probably sell 4 times as much if I sold cheap shit. But I'd be picking it up in 2 months also.

Anybody up for a lake weekend soon? Took the boat out with a good crowd on saturday and we had a blast.....then went to a little concert at Brenau college, outdoor small ampitheater(sp?), lots of fun. you guys should make the trip.

Nothing like quality furniture.

tigernation said...

Oh, so he had everybody with him. I guess Matt Abst was the drummer but who played bass?

tigernation said...

No reason for him to be pissed. Never heard of him...ever.

Got the Z up to 110 yesterday out on GA 400 in front of the store. That is really freaking fast. Still want to see if I can go just a little faster. Just have to find the right time and place!

tigernation said...

If I bottom out the Z i'll be doing right at 160.

I don't know if the engine will safely do that, even in 6th gear that would be pushing about 8 or 9000 rpms......redline.

I read on the 350Z message boards that a stock 2003(mine) would do about 158 in perfect condition. But I don't really want to find out.

I think I'll shoot for about 120 or 130 and leave it at that.

The fun thing about the Z is the way it handles. Taking sharp turns at 60 or 70 is pretty damn fun.

King of Tigerland said...

just got back from a good all day 2nd interview......

bet on the over-under or the money line with baseball.....I like the OU plays since you can look at a pithcing matchup and get an idea

King of Tigerland said...

have any of yall seen these new HDTV projectors that go in multimedia rooms?........76 inch screen and 100 inch screen...for $800 and $900 respectively homeshopping the other night.........I found a cool grill for the fall like Papa Nations...........anyone else ready for football?????

tigernation said...

Ok, betting on baseball is risky to say the least. My roommate is an ex-bookie and he won't touch it, and he LOVES to gamble. Most times you have to bet like 120 to win 100, you know how the odds work.

Knock yourself out though, if you think you have a winner.

(Hand Raised) Me, me, I'm ready for football.

Been on the 350Z message board for a while. Those guys know their stuff man. Getting lots of good detailing and driving tips........basically, if you are racing, don't shift until the engine is about to explode!! Not that I race, but I do like to go fast when I can.

tigernation said...

Yeah, the Lions are like 0 for the decade, and they are bitching about having to hit a little in practice.......it's your freaking job!!!!!

Not everybody is lucky enough to play a GAME for MILLIONS of dollars......shut up and bust ass for 3 hours a day and you might win a game......bunch of freaking babies.

tigernation said...

Betting on baseball is pretty big. Not real popular among guys our age I don't think. but most of your serious gamblers do it.

Of course, those guys bet on everything.

Now that I say that, daddy and shakes will comment on the part about "guys our age". They'll say that guys my age are all married with 3 or 4 kids and grandkids.........see how I did that you young bucks.....I predicted what your smartass comments would be about my age!!!

King of Tigerland said...

The Z sounds like a ton of fun.

The older I get, they stay the saaaaame age. -W

tigernation said...

Oh, the Z is a ton of fun for sure. Got my first payment due on the 1st of June....ouch!!!

Yeah, most good shows these days don't have a ton of hot women.....except the 'Crowes show at the Fox.....CRAWLING with HOT hippie bitches...but not Granola hippie, like, tight jeans, tank tops, and sexy boots!!!!!

The Kid Rock show I went to was the biggest redneck factor I have ever seen....yep, even more than Skynyrd...if you can beleive that.

tigernation said...

TOP TEN......

Old West phrases that will never sound the same after the gay cowboy movie:

1. "I'm gonna pump you fulla lead"

2. "Give me a stiff one bartender"

3." Don't fret --- I've been in tight spots before"

4. "Howdy, partner"

5." You stay here while I sneak around from behind"

6. Two words: "Saddle sore"

7. "Hold it right there! Now, move your hand reeeal slow-like"

8. "Let's mount up"

9. "Nice spread ya got there"

10. "Ride'em cowboy"

Anybody watch the Evolution of Dance video I sent by email yet???? So funny.

tigernation said...

Just overcast here. Guess the nasty is on it's way. Great, just in time for my day off tomorrow.

Think I'll go to AutoZone and buy some new items for the car....cleaning supplies.

I think I might look into adding some modifications to it. You know, make it REALLY fast and loud. Like a redneck.

Anybody know anything about cars?

tigernation said...

Windows are tinted. Factory exaust is pretty loud but after market would be better.

I want a cold air intake, or some kind of turbo pack to make it faster and add more HP.

Saw some videos on google of Z's that were modified and they were FAST!!!! One of them blew away a Porsche 911(966) on the interstate (don't know how).

Also saw a stock Z in a drag race against a BMW M3 (from inside the car)...they were hauling ASS and the Z edged it out at the end. But pretty much even. So cool.

tigernation said...

I looked on My350Z.com and they all have a "JWT Popcharger".

They say it adds about 7 HP and makes the car howl when you rev the rpms.

I think that is what I am looking for. Only $110.

Gives more power in the top end, and since I'm not into racing off the line at a red light, I think this may be the ticket.

Y'all will hear me from the tailgate when I'm crossing the state line!!

tigernation said...

Naw, it already goes Whoop Whoop. factory 10" sub behind the driver's seat.

I never thought I would be so gay to get into my car like this. But this is my new baby. I actually look forward to driving to work in the morning.

King of Tigerland said...

a pair of fuzzy dice would cap it off..............did you look at Infinit G35's when you were searching?

tigernation said...

Nope. Only the Z. The G35 is nice but closer to sedan.

I wanted to go sporty

tigernation said...

Yeah, I've seen some cars on 24's or whatever. They look entirely too big for my taste.

Look like they are literally riding on silver serving dishes from my mothers china cabinet.

So stupid

tigernation said...

I think its pretty close.

Darby did it behind a shitty O-line as did Little.

Mcfadden was all Arky had, freshman phenom, lots of hype.

I would put those three pretty much even, with a slight lead to Darby 'cause of his stats, shitty line, and experience.

I think Little is the best catching the ball, McFadden has the most speeed and power, Darby sets up blocks and is very shifty. 3 different styles.

Honestly though, on talent alone, it's really hard to separate any of the backs on the whole list. I think Thomas Brown from UGA is good, small and relatively easy to tackle, but good.

So many good backs in the SEC that a top 10 is VERY subjective.

tigernation said...

Nope, you would argue that one!!!! JK :)

Yeah, like I said, it's really who you like I guess.

The real question is, who would be the best QB in the league?

I guess you have to say Leak or Russell, but Leak sucked last year and Russell might get beaten out.

UGA - Freshman probably, no way JT3 starts all year

UT - Ainge is a head case

SC - Nope, nose is way to big

OM - Sheaffer(sp)=thug

Ark - Dick, Johnson, Penis

AU - Cox is ok but no arm strength

UA - JPW, don't see him as the # 1 SEC QB. No experience, and if the o-line lets down again he will have a tough time.

Don't think there is even anyone else worth mentioning.

Guess we'll have to wait about 4 months to find out.

tigernation said...

Is that # of 80 yard games in the season?

If so, that is pretty good, but don't foget, my boy Irons only had 1 carry in game one. And lost his starting job before the Arky game.

Regardless, I agree, Darby should not be #4.

I heard just a minute ago that Lindy's magazine is out. I wonder if it has made it's way over here yet. I need to stop and try to get one on the way home. So be on the lookout when you are at the gas station.

Jeeeeeez, off-season sucks!! I'm so freaking bored.

King of Tigerland said...

I think McFadden will be better than Darby but not right now. I played against Darby in HS and he is a shifter. He is the 2nd best RB in the SEC. Watch out for Cory Boyd from SC this year and I think Lumpkin is GA's best back.

Irons is the best bar none.

King of Tigerland said...

great email vids nation

King of Tigerland said...

mine will be red and black

King of Tigerland said...

no way......how many did he break over 30 yards? I think he is solid but no gamebreaker like Kenny.

King of Tigerland said...

Did he run for over 200 on LSU or over 160 on Georiga?

tigernation said...

Mine will be red an black also damnit.

Popcorn is a great mid-day snack before going home for din din. Although I keep PB&J in the fridge here, so I have one of those at about 3:30 every day. Just like when I was little!!

Yeah, 17 more carries and like 56 more yards. Not that big of a difference if you ask me.
So 1 or 2 more carries a game.....could be a 80 yard td or a 5 yard loss. Guess we'll have to wait till next year.

Hey, we should place some friendly bets on the final SEC individual awards....like rushing, tackles, passing...etc. Make the season that much more interesting. not a lot of money. Maybe no money, just a wager.....anyone????

tigernation said...

Try over 180 on UGA Kingdom...180

ShakeYour$Maker said...

Fuckers!!!!

My 69 cents.....

1) Irons and/or Darby
3)Mcfadden (Machine)
4)Little
5)Brad Lester (If he is at full speed...could be a game-breaker)
6) Thomas Brown

QB`s

1) Cox (Leak would be here if he played for any other team in America)
2) Leak
3)Jamarcus Russell/ Matt Flynn
4) Blake Mitchell
5) Tim Tebow (Even though he will be behind Leak...he is still one of the best QB`s in the SEC...anyone catch him during UF`s spring game? He is the future of SEC football)
6) JPW (Should be better than Brodie...he can get out of the pocket at least...hard to put him any higher on the list without more experience)

ShakeYour$Maker said...

I`m getting scared here at the office. The fucking roof sounds like it is about to fall in. Rain Rain go away...come again some other day.....or I will kick your damn ass.

King of Tigerland said...

Shakes, change of plan. I am not coming tonight bc of the weather but I will be there for almost a week the week after next. Sorry bout that.

Nation, day off in the next week or two....lake...pontoon boat??? I am on a working vacation for May so I want to have more fun before it is over.

I just don't think that Darby can break away.....am I wrong? He is more PJ Daniels than superstar.

We need to have a pool/point system for the awards and ALL SEC to see how we do when it is all over.

King of Tigerland said...

Little is KY's only weapon. Would he be a starter elsewhere?

King of Tigerland said...

as for the AU recievers.......the ones that are left may be better prospects for the NFL than the two Africans who were drafted late.

Courtney Taylor...potential first day selection

P-Rod...great size and potential

We shall see......not much drop off on the LT spot but I am worried about Cox's blindside with weak bone/calcium defeciency and about him making it thru the season

King of Tigerland said...

actually yes, dr, those two games prove he is a better back. Big players make big plays in big games on Saturday night prime time.

We have not seen Darby take over a game or be THE difference maker......with all of Stickman and Shula's trouble....he could have been a savior by breaking a few more than 5 yards average. He might break more long ones at UAB or JSU or Troy. So would Tre Smith.

Being able to take your team and yourself to the next level is what seperates KI and Darby right now.

BFN.

tigernation said...

See the difference in the last post.

Not saying the Irons is that much better. But I'd rather have my back go big against LSU and UGA before Ole Piss and that porous UF D from last year.

Both backs are great and this is a stupid argument.

But, who was voted as the 1st team All-SEC RB? Or were they both?

That will answer the question.

What are the stats versus common opponents?

Each team has a different offensive scheme, plays different people...etc...etc.

Hard to compare apples and apples in college football. Never an even playing field.

tigernation said...

Yeah, no big deal. I don't think that one is "bar none" better than the rest. Like I said, the SEC is loaded and Irons and Darby also have pretty much matching stats.

Whats cool is how they run with completely different styles but both get the job done.

This just makes me wish it was football season.

Probably should enjoy the summer 'cause football season goes by so fast.

ShakeYour$Maker said...

Daddy......Who else will be a contender??? Are you kidding?

Fucking Auburn Tigers will be a contender!!!! Maybe LSU or UF??? There will be an SEC contender...mark my word!!!

tigernation said...

Bitches, just stopping in to say hello before I take it to the lake.

have a great afternoon my little biznatches.
